There's something about the magic in Arizona. Hardly any place is bad for sky viewing. I love this magical sky and scene shot Al! L/Twt ArtographyPamela

Artist's Description

In this image, the Galactic Center of the Milky Way is directly above Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona. Courthouse Rock is the large formation to the left of Bell Rock. Sedona is known for its Red Rock formations and these are two of the most popular. Sedona has hundreds of miles of hiking trails within the city limits. Many of the better known trails have trailheads with parking lots. Yavapai Vista is one of those trailheads. This vantage point is not far from the parking lot. The image was captured around 2:30 AM.
